Authorized pick-up for your child:

If anyone other than mom or dad is picking up your child at the end of the day, please sign the record sheet on the sign in table with their name giving them permission ahead of time. You will also include your child’s name, pick up person’s name, and you will sign this. We will keep this on record so that if someone comes to pick your child up that we don’t know, we can verify that it is approved by you. Please look for this record page on the sign in table on Thursday. Once this page is completed, it will be kept in the first aid kit. If you plan to add new people to your pick up list, you can access the record sheet there. If you have a last-minute driver change, please call Katie Arnold for approval.
